
Bio
Danisa Alesandroni is a distinguished Argentine orchestra conductor, recognized for her unique musical interpretation and her expressive and clear approach to conducting. Born in Rosario and currently based in Buenos Aires, she began her musical studies at an early age, specializing in violin and piano. In 2010, she entered the Bachelor's program in Orchestral Conducting at the National University of the Litoral, where she studied with Reinaldo Zemba and Manuel Marina, graduating in 2015 with honors as the top student.
Throughout her career, she has served as principal conductor of prestigious ensembles such as the Academic Orchestra of Rosario, the San Lorenzo Symphonic Band, the Kaparilo Contemporary Music Ensemble, and the Camerata Rosario. Her work has been recognized with awards from the National Arts Fund, INAMU, and the Municipality of Rosario, enabling her to develop recording projects and access specialized training.
Her talent has led her to share the stage with renowned soloists such as Claudio Devigili, Emiliano Zamora, Pablo Griggio, and Elías Gurevich, among others. In 2022, she was a finalist in the First Young Conductors Competition, organized by the Patagonia Foundation, conducting the Rio Negro Philharmonic Orchestra. In 2023, she completed a postgraduate seminar with Maestro Ligia Amadio and the Argentine National Symphony Orchestra and was selected to participate in the Orchestra Conductors HUB in Chile, under the mentorship of Maestro Alejandra Urrutia.
Furthermore, her artistic excellence has been internationally recognized, being selected among more than 80 young conductors worldwide to participate in the Santa Catarina Music Festival, where she delivered outstanding performances as conductor of the festival's ensembles. She was also a student of Maestro Ligia Amadio. Currently, she serves as a professor at the National University of the Litoral, teaching the Aesthetics of Music course, and is completing her Doctorate in Music at the same institution. Her commitment to aesthetic research complements her development as an orchestra conductor, establishing her as one of the most promising emerging figures in orchestral conducting in Latin America.
